Bookings are only accepted with the 10% deposit when the contract becomes binding..

Under no circumstances are the numbers of occupants to be greater than the number stated on the Booking Form.

Tenants may not normally have access to the accommodation  until 3 pm on arrival and must vacate by 11 a.m on departure day.

In some cases there may be a charge for car parking.

Linen and towels are included.

Depending on accommodation booked, some may be non smoking, usually within the building.  A no pet policy also depends on the location booked.

The proprietors of holidayletts4u cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, damage, injury or accident to the hirer or any member of the hirer’s party however caused whilst occupying the accommodation.  It is recommended therefore, that guests take out travel insurance to cover all eventualities.

The agent/owner has a right to admission to the accommodation at any time.
